5. LEVEL 1- Personal Level. Global Peace Index (GPI). Austria No. 4, but highest suicide rate in Western Europe. 
6. LEVEL 2- Family Peace Level. Denmark No. 5 in GPI but highest divorced rate in Europe. Lack of Peace? 
7. LEVEL 3- Communal Peace - inter & intra communal peace. 
8. LEVEL 4- National Level. 
9. LEVEL 5- Regional Level. 
10. LEVEL 6- Global Level. 
11. LEVEL 7-CO-EXISTENCE. Peace at Environmental Level. Sarawak environmentally destroyed. 

Enablers of Peace

1. IDEA-Peace can only be achieved if there is no idea based on conflict. 
2. ACTIVISM-  civil society role. 
3. SYSTEM LEVEL - system must allow Peace.

CASE STUDY-SINGAPORE

1. Ranked 7th in GPI. 
2. IDEAS- very strong policy in managing the media-very quick responses. IDEAS based on to promote economic-driven worldview. THINK about economy first, businesses must not be affected. 
3. ACTIVISM- lots of community & religious organizations. GOVERNMENT keep up with all the organisations. Inter-racial & inter-religious engagement with community. Lots of civil activism movements. 
4. SYSTEM - implementation of housing/school quota system. NO ENCLAVE in any given life. PEOPLE learned to be peaceful with each other. 
5. STRUCTURES - Stable political system - civil way. CIVIL manners - straight forward discussion. SMOOTH leadership transitions and very strict/strong laws.
