Assalamualaikum wbt & Good Morning

Distinguished guests

1.    Alhamdulillah, all praise to ALLAH by whose grace and blessings, we are able to virtually meet at this webinar program this fine morning when our country battling the pandemic of Covid-19.
2.    The pandemic is a rubicon we all Malaysians must cross together. Covid-19 has encouraged rapid transformation for sop many. Therefore, the leadership opportunity right now is making remote work more effective. Underlying that opportunity is a specific approach to leadership.
3.    Two key points to ponder - what are the exit strategies? What if Covid-19 refuse to lay low?

Ladies & Gentlemen,

4.    Young lads has grown up in times of breathtaking change. In your lives- you have seen massive global declines, in poverty and in diseases right before your eyes. And yet you have come of an age where change is happening so rapidly. You can change this world for the better. You are more eager for the progress that comes not from holding down people who are not like you, but lifting everybody up so everybody has an opportunity.(Obama)
5.    Due to Covid-19 pandemic, we are living in a vastly different world. The pandemic has changed almost everything of our life. Leaders have to make tough decisions, communicate transparently with stake holders, act with urgency, concern towards subordinates/ peers etc

6.     Finally, I truly hope all participants will take the opportunity to gain knowledge & build the networking. Congratulations to committee members and many thanks to the Speaker.
